The Speaker

In January of 2023 the Company I work for, Salesforce, made the difficult decision to significantly reduce our workforce and employee morale was at an all time low. As an executive leader planning an onsite, I knew I needed a speaker with story of resiliency, who could capture hearts and minds, and the first person I thought of was Festus. 

Festus story resonated and inspired the entire organization. The team continues to quote aspects of his journey and the African parables he shared with my team. The biggest testament to his purpose in life, inspiring and motivating others to achieve the insurmountable goals, was my team annotated him as an honorary member of the team!

Festus’s presentation to our sales organization was beyond “great”. Had the room at hello! Amazing life story that comes from the heart and resonates with everyone in the room. Motivational, inspirational and left many with life lesson messages that they will be leveraging personally and professionally for many years to come.
