What started as a simple food review turned into something much bigger when Festus Ezeli saw the real impact of shining a spotlight on local restaurants—many of which were struggling to stay open after COVID. After one of his early posts led to a huge boost in followers and attention for a small restaurant, Festus felt called to keep going. Now, through Festus Feasts, he highlights the best restaurants in the Bay Area and the mom-and-pop spots carrying the city on their backs—sharing their stories, celebrating their food, and connecting with the community in the process. As a former NBA champion and passionate foodie, Festus is on a mission to uncover the hidden gems that make his city special and bring people together, one bite at a time.
